Let your wedding cake or celebration cake be unique - choose your favourite colour which will then be hand-mixed for you. It can be anything from Mansfield Park's favourite concrete cake to midnight blue, anything to match your party's colour scheme or stand out from everything else!
Available as mini tiered cake with 20 servings and as three-tiered cake.
Tier Cake | Monochrome
Lemon | Raspberry = an airy, just slightly lemony cake, drizzled with a lemon syrup and inbetween those layers a decadent crème patîssière made with 80% high quality raspberry puree, seedless and melt in your mouth.
Chocolate | Cream Cheese = layers of soft and not too sweet chocolate cake with chocolate chips are soaked with berry syrup; two layers of cream cheese mousse are matched by one layer of dark chocolate mousse. However, if you prefer cherry compote instead, just leave a comment and it will be done!
Poppy | Cherry = moist poppy seed cake is matched with a tart sour cherry compote and a lemony poppy cream cheese mousse. Not too sweet, but fruity and nutty!
Pistachio Berry | White Chocolate = possibly the most decadent of them all - pistachios and freeze dried berries give this vanilla cake texture, while every cake layer is spread with a most delicious pistachio-white chocolate mousse and some berry puree.
Hazelnut | Vanilla = hazelnut cake that tastes like ice cream, luxurious vanilla crème patîssière with lots of real vanilla and inbetween those two layers is one with caramel and roasted hazelnuts.
Yoghurt | Fruit = fresh and moist yoghurt cake paired with a light and lemony yoghurt cream while the highlight is the thickened fruit puree. You can choose between mango, mixed berries or raspberry.
