Pistachio Berry | White Chocolate = possibly the most decadent of them all – chopepd pistachios and frozen raspberries give this vanilla cake some texture, while every cake layer is spread with a most delicious pistachio-white chocolate mousse and some berry puree.
Yoghurt | Passionfruit = fresh and moist yoghurt cake paired with a light and fresh quark mousse. The highlight definitely is the delicious passionfruit curd. It’s made with organic fruits from Spain, which are rare to find and make a wonderful spread with passionfruit seeds to give the cake more texture. Another option is berry compote if you prefer that!
Black and White | Cherry = a soft marble cake with sour cherries meets vanilla cream and dark chocolate ganache. So this cake has lots of vanilla, chocolate and fruit to lighten things up. A true German classic got an upgrade!
Muscovado | Nougat = one of the best sellers, which is totally understandable. It has the best sponge cake with muscovado sugar, is topped with an absolutely delicious nougat namelaka and sprinkled with roasted chopped hazelnuts.
