You're not that much into buttercream, but still want your cake to be fancy - make it dark chocolate ganache on the outside. So elegant!
The ganache is made with lots of single-origin and from tree-to-bar organic chocolate by PACARI. The cocoa is grown sustainably by small-scale farmers in Ecuador and is by far the best option. Because of this, the cake is a bit more expensive than the other cream cakes, but know you will get a great product. So please, do indulge!
