Dieses Jahr wird die Entscheidung zwischen den Weihnachtsspecials schwer!
Auf der einen Seite: Eine wärmende Kombination mit Apfel- und Birnenkompott und luftig leichter "infused" Panna-Cotta-Mousse.
Auf der anderen Seite: Gewürzkaramell, Schokoladenmousse und Knusper aus Hazelnüssen und Kakaonibs um die Süße auszubalancieren.
Beide Kombinationen haben jeweils drei Schichten des besten Kuchens, einem wunderbar leichten gewürztem Muscovado-Kuchen.
Ergibt etwa 6 Portionen.
Weihnachtstorte
Alle Torten kommen in eine Box verpackt, damit sie sicher für den Transport ist. Die Box sollte unbedingt mit beiden Händen von unten getragen werden, nie an den Seiten, denn so kann die Torte eingedrückt werden.
